Energy transportation characteristics of surface acoustic wave guided by PbZr0.52Ti0.48/Si configuration

A PbZr0.52Ti0.48/Si structure has been made and analyzed using Farnell theory. The surface acoustic wave (SAW) decay factors and corresponding eigenvectors have been calculated in the layer and substrate, respectively. It was indicated that there is energy exchange between particle displacement u(1) and u(3) in the propagation of surface acoustic waves.
