| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 우리나라 기술집약적 벤처기업의 국제화 과정과 전략을 고찰하고 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 국제화를 추진하고 있는 우리나라 정보통신 산업의 벤처기업 17개사를 대상으로 벤처기업의 특성(창업가특성, 조직 및 기업특성, 산업 및 시장의 외부환경 특성)과 이들 기업의 국제화 과정에서 나타나는 특징(국제화동기, 국제화방식, 국제화전략, 국제화정도, 국제화성과)을 고찰하였다. 탐색적인 사례연구를 바탕으로 활발하게 국제화를 추진하는 우리나라의 기술집약적 벤처기업의 국제화 과정을 분석하고 예비적인 관찰을 도출하였다. 특히 창업초기부터 국제화를 추진하는 신생 벤처기업의 태생적 국제화(Born Global) 사례를 소개하였다. | - |
