| dc.description.abstract | 건습식 방사법을 이용하여 구리 암모니아 셀룰로오스 용액으로부터 중공사 막을 제조하였고 그 제조공정에 따른 morphology를 조사하였다. 방사 원액의 조성은 구리 5.87%, 암모니아 11.63%, 셀룰로오스 9.19%였다. 방사는 needle-in-orifice형의 방사구금을 사용하였으며 외부 응고액으로는 황산수용액을 내부 응고액으로는 초산수용액을 사용하였다. 방사조건 중 내부 응고액의 농도, 외부 응고액의 농도, 외부응고액의 온도, 공기 건조 시간, 연신배율, 그리고 열처리의 중공사 막의 mopphology와 spinnability(최고권취속도)에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. | - |
