Large communication networks typically consist of multiple interconnected subnetworks and span a number of different organizations. For the purpose of managing such networks, each organization generally has its own network management system. This paper proposes an architecture which is able to supply interoperability for network management systems in multi-domain environment by providing the service of distribution transparency. The architecture is made up of three components : a management data broker, data export managers and data import managers. Using the architecture, network management systems will be able to locate or access others' management data easily.
