| dc.description.abstract | 공작기계 이송 기구의 동특성을 밝히기 위해 절삭조건과 윤활 상태를 바꾸어 가며 나사 절삭을 했다. 실험을 통해, 이송대, 공구대 그리고 심압대에서 측정된 이송 방향의 가속도를 시계열 분석법과 스펙트럼 분석법을 사용해 분석했다. 여기서, 나사 절삭시에 공구대 진동은 주로 이송대와 공작물에 크게 영향을 받는다. 다른 구조에 의한 진동은 공구대 진동에 거의 영향을 미치지 못했다. 또한 이송대의 진동은 여러 조건에 관계없이 진폭만 다를 뿐 거의 같았다. 결과적으로 이송 기구를 그자유도의 감쇠 진동계로 모형화하였다. | kor |
