충격절삭에 의한 공작기계 구조 및 절삭 동특성 규명Identification of machine tool dynamics and cutting process by impulse cutting
공작기계 동특성을 규명하기 위하여 공작기계 계를 에너지 전달의 관점에서 공작기계 구조 및 절삭과정으로 구성된 닫힘 루우프 계로 모형화 하였다. 공작기계의 구조 특성을 구하기 위하여 공구날 끝 및 공작물의 절삭위치에 각각 충격력을 가해서 공작기계 구조 모형의 전달함수를 구했으며충격절삭시측정된 공구와 공작물의 변위와 이미 결정된 공작기계 구조의 전달함수로 부터 절삭과정의 전달 함수를 구했다.
