Knowledge-based decision system for goal directed military resource planning

This paper presents an knowledge-based decision system for structuring national force planning problem related to weapon systems. Mathematical models using Sequential Linear Goal Programming (SLGP) are formally described for efficiently determining procurement amount of military resources during five years.
