본 발명은 하단부에 뉴런과 주변(Peripheral) 회로를 포함하고, 상단부에 시냅스 셀(cell) 어레이를 포함하는 3차원 PUC 구조의 뉴로모픽 시스템에 관한 것으로, 하단부에 형성되는 뉴런, 상기 뉴런과 함께 상기 하단부에 형성되며, 신호를 처리 및 전달하는 주변(Peripheral) 회로 및 상기 하단부에 형성된 상기 뉴런 및 상기 주변 회로의 상단부에 형성되는 시냅스 셀(cell) 어레이를 포함한다.
