화학기상 증착공정을 이용한 고신축성 초소수성 박막 및 그 제조방법Highly Stretchable Superhydrophobic Thin Film Using Chemical Vapor Deposition Process (iCVD) and Method of Preparing the Same
본 발명은 화학기상 증착공정을 이용한 고신축성 초소수성 박막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화학기상 증착 반응기에서 개시제 존재하에 기판 상에 4~6개의 플루오로화 알킬기를 함유하고 유리전이온도가 5℃ 이하인 불소 단량체와 가교결합용 단량체를 반응시켜 기판 상에 공중합체 형태로 나노미터 수준으로 코팅함으로써 폴더블(foldable) 및 웨어러블(wearable) 소자 등에서 내구성을 확보할 수 있는 화학기상 증착공정을 이용한 고신축성 초소수성 박막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
