본 발명은 신규한 리간드 및 이를 포함하는 키랄 금속 착물 및 분광법에 의해 전하를 띤 화합물의 키랄성을 분석하기 위한 키랄 금속 착물의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 키랄 금속 착물을 키랄 용매화제로 이용하여 분광법을 통해 다양한 아민 유도체, 카복실산 유도체, 시아노하이드린 유도체, 전하를 띤 금속 착물 등과 같은 전하를 띤 화합물의 광학적 순도를 간편하게 분석할 수 있다.
