다중 주파수 정전용량형 미세가공 초음파 트랜스듀서 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 다양한 실시예에 따른 초음파 트랜스듀서는, 제1 주파수의 초음파 신호를 출력하는 제1 트랜스듀서 셀(transducer cell)과 상기 제1 트랜스듀서 셀과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제1 트랜스듀서 셀과 동일한 전압으로 구동 가능하며, 상기 제1 주파수보다 높은 제2 주파수의 초음파 신호를 출력하는 제2 트랜스듀서 셀을 포함할 수 있다.
