| dc.description.abstract | This study adopts the network analysis and a gravity model to observe the structure of global tourism flow and find different determinants that impact the flow by regions. From the network analysis, the study observed macro global flow structure remain static over years from degree distribution and centrality analysis. However, by partitioning the flow by groups with modularity and further investigating the difference between the groups, the study distinguished the static and volatile structure of the travel network. Thus, a gravity model is employed to assess the significant variables impacting the difference in behavior between communities and reveals there are different cultural determinants that impact global tourism flow by group of regions. | - |
