Provided is a technique for quantifying irregular changes occurring in an acceleration signal of a tire and measuring the amount of wear of the tread of the tire by using the quantified changes. A tire wear measuring device using irregularities of a tire acceleration signal includes: a signal receiving unit that measures an acceleration inside the tire in an axial direction that is a radial direction of the tire for each position inside the tire; a wide band-pass filter for receiving the acceleration signal measured by the signal receiving unit, and performing filtering as preprocessing of the acceleration signal; a signal analysis unit that estimates a tread wear rate of the tire by digitizing irregularities of the acceleration signal using a processing signal that is a signal filtered by a wide band-pass filter; a transmission unit that receives analysis information from the signal analysis unit, the analysis information being information relating to a tread wear rate of the tire, and transmits the analysis information; and a control module for generating a control signal related to the vehicle provided with the tire by receiving the analysis information from the transmission unit.
