분극 가능한 물질을 이용한 메모리 소자MEMORY DEVICE USING POLARIZABLE MATERIAL
분극 가능한 물질을 이용한 메모리 셀 및 이를 기반으로 하는 메모리 소자가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 분극 가능한 물질을 이용한 메모리 셀은 분극 가능한 물질(Polarizable material)로 형성되는 제1 산화물 저장층과 제2 산화물 저장층; 및 상기 제1 산화물 저장층과 상기 제2 산화물 저장층 사이에 개재되는 결정질층을 포함할 수 있다.
