| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 연구중심의 과학기술특성화대학인 KAIST를 중심으로 학부 재학생들이 생각하는 수업에서의 질문에 대한 인식 및 실태를 분석하였다. 이에 KAIST 학부 재학생 10명을 대상으로 개별 면담과 327명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. KAIST 학부 재학생들의 질문에 대한 인식 분석 결과에 따른 요약 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 질문을 장려하는 교수자가 되기 위해서는 학생과의 소통을 중시하여 수업 중 학생들의 반응을 잘 살피고 학생들의 모든 질문에 성실히 응답해줄 필요가 있으며, 교수자가 수업의 진도나 내용을 적정하게 조절할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 질문을 장려하는 강의 환경을 제공하기 위해서는 학생들의 질문을 저해하는 요인을 없애고, 질문을 장려하기 위해서는 되도록 대면 수업에서 수강 인원을 줄이고, 강의실과 교수 및 학생의 시간표 조정을 통하여 쉬는 시간을 보장하거나 질문 시간을 배정하는 등의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 학생들의 질문을 장려하는 학교가 되기 위해서는 교육과정, 교육 제도 및 환경의 개별적인 개선보다 학교 전체의 질문에 대한 분위기와 문화 조성이 매우 필요하다. 넷째, 학생들의 질문 저해 요인을 줄이며, 수업에서 발생한 인지적 혼란이 실제 질문으로 이어지도록 하기 위해서는 대학 수업 환경에서의 학생 질문에 대한 교육 및 훈련이 필요하다. | - |
