Lamination of elastomers while maintaining the stretchability is challenging for the fabrication of stretchable devices. Adhesion between arbitrary soft substrates was achieved by the formation of interpenetration polymer network at the adhesion interface. Strong adhesion was retained even after harsh fatigue test (50% strain, 100,000 times) and wet condition test.
