본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 소프트 뉴로모픽 시스템을 위한 소프트 멤리스터는, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극층; 상기 제1 전극층 상에 형성된 금속 확산 방지 저항층; 상기 금속 확산 방지 저항층 상에 형성된 저항변화 물질층; 및 상기 저항변화 물질층 상에 형성된 제2 전극층을 포함할 수 있다.
