본 발명의 반도체 소자는 기판; 상기 기판 위에 형성된 게이트 절연막; 상기 게이트 절연막 위에 형성된 대역전압 조절막; 및 상기 게이트 절연막과 상기 대역전압 조절막 사이에 형성된 중간막을 구비하며, 상기 중간막에 발생되는 음의 대역 전압과 상기 기판과 상기 게이트 절연막 사이에 발생되는 양의 대역 전압이 상쇄된다.
