Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has the high potential to transform the workplace with software-based robots. For instance, enterprises can automate, simplify processes, maximize resources and perform fewer errors by human. The primary purpose of this thesis is to propose a business process clustering methodology to effectively introduce RPA to an organization. The proposed methodology compares the degree of process maturity and process complexity of each business process and classifies the types of RPA adoption possibilities. A real–life case is illustrated to demonstrate the applicability of our methodology.
