Stamping transfer process has been studied and developed as alternative process over last few decades because of their many advantages such as low-cost, flexible and large area applicability. In particular, numerous recent studies have reported the significant improvements in the performance and stability of the organic solar cells. In this research, stamping transfer process was applied to fabrication of organic and perovskite solar cell by transferring of various layers of solar cell according to purpose. In chapter 2, upon application of vacuum treatment based on dry transfer, an active layer consisting of solvent additive was completely transferred without sacrificing of device efficiency. In chapter 3, organic flexible solar cell with enhanced mechanical durability by performing a simple dry transfer of a PEDOT:PSS hole transport layer with polystyrene nanoparticles. In chapter 4, semitransparent perovskite solar cell was fabricated by dry transfer of PEDOT:PSS top electrode layer without degradation of perovskite.
