정류특성의 다이오드를 이용한 매트릭스 방식의 섬유기반 압력센서 및 이의 제조방법Fiber based pressure sensor matrix using rectifying diode and manufacturing method of the same
본 발명의 일 관점에 따르면, 다이오드를 이용한 매트릭스 방식의 섬유기반 압력센서가 제공된다. 상기 다이오드를 이용한 매트릭스 방식의 섬유기반 압력센서는 반도체 재료가 코팅된 제 1 섬유; 및 압전 재료가 코팅되고, 상기 제 1 섬유와 서로 교차되도록 배치된 제 2 섬유;를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 섬유와 상기 제 2 섬유가 서로 교차하는 교차점에 압력이 인가되면, 상기 제 2 섬유의 저항 변화에 의해 발생하는 전류의 흐름을 상기 제 1 섬유를 통하여 검출함으로써 상기 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
