| dc.description.abstract | 홈 IoT 사용자는 2016년 이후 점차 증가하여 현재 100만 가입자 이상이 홈 IoT 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 이용자들의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 연구의 필요성도 함께 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기대충족모델을 이용하여 홈 IoT 서비스의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인이 무엇인지 파악해보고, 기존 이용자들의 경우 어떠한 기대가치가 충족되었을 때 만족과 지속사용의도를 느끼는 지 종합적으로 고찰해보고자 한다. | - |
