dc.description.abstractFor the last decade, miniaturized electronic device and its compartments have been required to apply them for the wearable devices. In particular, rigidity and brittleness of conventional materials such as metallic and ceramic-based semiconductor are an obstacle to applying wearable devices. Hence, the novel materials such as carbon nanomaterials have been attracted tremendous attention for wearable application due to their outstanding mechanical, electrical properties. For the practical uses, solution process-based, the scalable process is required for manufacturing such these wearable devices, and the soft lithography method could be one of the promising manufacturing processes. In this dissertation, utilizing the soft lithography, wearable device and flexible composite materials are fabricated via solution process-based methods, then transferring or patterning to the polymeric substrate with soft lithography. Those methods enable that the property control with exhibiting flexibility by controlling compositions and conditions and therefore it can be optimized with the simple and facile control of processing conditions.-
