| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 연구소 및 대학의 창업보육센터에서 보육서비스를 받고있는 입주업체를 대상으로 경영 및 기술환경과 기업성과의 특성을 비교하고 보육서비스 운영주체별 보육서비스 성과의 차이점을 실증 분석하였다. 기존의 연구결과를 바탕으로 환경과 기업성과의 관련성과 보육서비스성과의 영향을 종합적으로 분석한 본 연구는 창업보육서비스의 대상인 소비자의 입장에서 창업보육센터를 평가할 수 있는 유용한 연구결과를 제시하고 있다. 연구소와 대학 창업보육센터 입주업체의 환경 특성과 기업성과 및 보육서비스성과에 대한 분석에서 연구소BI와 대학BI 입주업체는 환경과 기업성과에 대하여 유사한 상관관계를 나타내었으나 보육서비스성과와 기업성과 및 환경과 보육서비스성과에 대해서는 대학BI 입주업체가 연구소BI 입주업체에 비하여 상대적으로 강한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 상관관계의 분석결과, 대학BI 입주업체는 연구소BI 입주업체보다 경영 및 기술환경과 보육서비스에 대하여 보다 민감하게 평가하며 기업성과의 향상을 위한 보육서비스의 역할을 더욱 필요로 한다는 것을 나타내고 있다. | - |
