가속도 센서 장치가 개시된다. 본 가속도 센서 장치는, 회로 기판, 상기 회로 기판의 일면에 대칭적으로 형성되는 제1 및 제2 본딩 패드부, 상기 제1 및 제2 본딩 패드부에 양단이 연결되는 제1 및 제2 본딩 와이어 및 상기 회로 기판의 움직임에 따라 발생되는 상기 제1 및 제2 본딩 와이어간 커패시턴스 변화로부터 가속도를 연산하는 프로세서를 포함한다.
