저잡음 이미지 센싱 장치Low-Noise Image Sensing Apparatus
저잡음 이미지 센싱 장치를 개시한다.본 발명의 일 실시예는 주변환경에 따라 랜덤하게 발생하는 노이즈와 아날로그 디지털 변환 과정에서 발생하는 양자화 노이즈를 줄이기 위해 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 m번 변환할 때마다 양자화 노이즈를 매 변환 과정마다 산출하여 잔여 이동 형태로 반영한 평균값을 디지털 신호로서 출력하는 저잡음 이미지 센싱 장치를 제공한다.
