dc.description.abstract | A method for the modeling of polarization-electric field (P-E) hysteresis curves of ferroelctric thin film with asymmetric electrode configuration was developed. The hysteresis curve of the ferroelectric capacitor with asymmetric electrode materials is shifted due to the work function difference between the top and bottom electrodes and the apparent polarization values are reduced as the screening length increases. | - |
