dc.description.abstract | Temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) was carried out over the typical carbon-supported CoMo catalysts, and heat' of adsorption for each of thiophene and hydrogensulfide was obtained from the TPD spectra with different heating rate. The activity for hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of thiophene was measured in a microflow reactor at atmospheric pressure and 325-degrees-C. It was demonstrated that the HDS activity was well correlated with the difference in heat of adsorption between thiophene and hydrogensulfide. | - |
