내장형 커패시터용 다층 폴리머/세라믹 복합 유전체 필름(Multi-layer polymer/ceramic composite dielectric filmfor embedded capacitors)
고유전상수를 갖기 위해 세라믹 함량을 증가시키더라도 접착력의 열화를 가져오지 않는 내장형 커패시터용 다층 폴리머/세라믹 복합 유전체 필름에 관해 개시한다. 본 발명의 내장형 커패시터용 다층 폴리머/세라믹 복합 유전체 필름은: 세라믹 분말, 폴리머 및 경화제로 이루어진 주 유전층과; 상기 주 유전층의 양면에 형성되며, 세라믹 분말, 폴리머 및 경화제로 이루어진 접착층을 구비하며, 상기 접착층 중의 세라믹 분말의 함유율이 상기 주 유전층 중의 세라믹 분말의 함유율보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다.
