3차원 영상이 포함된 비디오 영상을 사용자에게 제공하는 영상 제공부, 제공된 비디오 영상을 사용자가 3차원으로 인식할 있도록 변환시키는 3차원 안경, 사용자로부터 발생한 아날로그 생체 신호를 검출하는 생체 신호 센서, 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 디코딩부, 단위 시간에서의 신호의 차이 또는 변화의 정도를 시간-주파수 변환을 통하여 실시간으로 분석하는 생체 신호 분석부, 분석 결과에 따라 시각 피로감을 유발하는 영상이 위치한 시간대를 저장하는 시간 정보 데이터베이스 및 비디오 영상을 시청 중인 사용자의 시각 피로감을 디스플레이하는 표시부를 포함하는 3차원 영상의 시각 피로감 측정 장치가 개시된다.
