전자 부품 접합에 사용되는 진동 에너지 인가 장치Vibration-Energy Applying Device to Be Used in Bonding Electronic Components
본 발명에 의한 진동 에너지 인가 장치는 접합용 수지를 개재(介在)된 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품을 접합시키는 데에 사용되는데, 발진자와, 상기 발진자의 진동을 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 발진자의 진동을 전달받아 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품 중 적어도 어느 하나에 진동을 전달하는 봉형(棒形) 혼(horn)과, 상기 혼의 진동이 전달되도록 전자 부품의 상기 혼에 대한 위치를 유지시키는 전자 부품 유지부를 포함한다.
