물리 공극을 갖는 그래핀 소자Graphene Device Having Physical Gap
본 발명은 그래핀이 가지는 높은 전자이동도를 그대로 유지하면서 그래핀에 밴드갭(band gap) 형성 없이 물리 공극을 이용하여 그래핀 소자의 오프 상태 전류(off-state current)를 획기적으로 감소시켜서 온/오프 전류비(on/off current ratio)를 획기적으로 증가시킬 수 있는 구조의 그래핀 소자에 관한 것이다.
