본 발명은 항상 활성화된 Akt 단백질을 과발현하는 벡터를 도입한 형질전환 세포주, 상기 벡터를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포예정사(Programmed cell death) 저해제 및 상기 형질전환 세포주를 이용하여 목적 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 항상 활성화된 Akt 단백질을 과발현하는 벡터를 인간화된 항체를 암호화하는 유전자로 형질 전환된 CHO(chinese hamster ovary) 세포에 도입하여 항상 활성화된 Akt 단백질을 과발현시켜 세포자살(Apoptosis) 및 자기소모(Autophagy)의 두 가지 형태의 세포예정사에 저항성을 갖는 형질전환 세포주, 상기 벡터를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포예정사 저해제 및 상기 형질전환 세포주를 이용하여 여러 가지 스트레스 환경에서의 세포예정사를 억제함으로써 상기 세포가 생산하는 목적 단백질의 생산을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
