나노 마스크를 이용한 소자의 표면 처리 방법에 대해 개시된다. 개시된 표면 처리 방법은 구조체 및 나노 입자들 사이에 정전기적 인력이 작용하도록 하여 구조체 표면에 나노 입자를 용이하게 결합하도록 하여 건식 식각 공정에 의해 구조체 표면에 굴곡 형상을 형성할 수 있다.
