재조합 단백질 생산 증가를 위한 염화리튬을 포함하는 세포 배양용 배지 조성물 및 이의 용도Composition of cell culture media containing LiCl for enhancing the recombinant protein production, and use thereof
본 발명은 고농도의 재조합 단백질을 생산할 수 있는 세포 배양용 배지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 염화리튬(LiCl)이 첨가된 배지를 이용하여 재조합 단백질을 발현하는 유전자가 형질감염된 CHO(Chinese hamster ovary) 세포주를 배양한 결과, 상기 염화리튬이 포함된 배지는 세포의 비생산속도, 세포의 생존율 및 목적 단백질의 최대 농도를 증가시킴으로써 치료용 재조합 단백질을 생산하는 데에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
