유연기구 메커니즘을 이용한 중공형 2축 직선운동 스테이지가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 중공형 2축 직선운동 스테이지은 시편이 위치되는 최종단, 최종단의 X축 및 Y축 중 적어도 하나의 방향으로 상기 최종단을 이송시키는 구동부, 최종단의 이송방향을 가이드하는 가이드부 및 내부에 구동부 및 가이드부를 포함하고, 최종단과 결합되어 스테이지의 본체를 형성하는 베이스를 포함한다.
