본 발명은 대면적 고품질의 그래핀 성장을 위한 CVD 보조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 화학기상증착 장치의 석영 튜브 내에 구비되며, 두 개의 커버플레이트 사이가 실링부에 의해 밀폐되어 형성된 공간부 내부에 금속 박막이 증착된 기판이 구비되고, 실링부의 외주면 일정영역에 형성된 가스유입구 및 가스배출구를 통해 탄소 및 수소가스가 유동되도록 함으로써, 최소량의 가스를 정성적으로 제어할 수 있고, 고온에서 금속 박막의 증발이 방지되도록 하는 CVD 보조 장치에 관한 것이다.
