바이오 센서 및 그 제조 방법Biosensor and Method of Manufacturing Thereof
본 발명은 바이오 센서에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 투명 게이트 영역을 갖는 트랜지스터를 이용한 바이오 센서 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바이오 센서는 소스와 드레인이 이격되어 형성된 기판, 상기 기판의 상기 소스와 드레인 사이의 영역 상에 형성된 투명 게이트 영역 및 상기 투명 게이트 영역 상에 형성된 바이오 분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
