We suggest facile method for improving significantly conductivity of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) film with a negligible loss of transmittance by introducing well dispersed low density AgNWs below the percolation threshold and optimal thermal annealing. This method provides high reduction ratio of sheet resistance of RGO film (similar to 98%). The RGO-AgNW hybrid film after thermal annealing at 250 degrees C showed low sheet resistance on the order of 10(2) Omega/sq at a transmittance of 80%. This value is about two orders of magnitude lower than pristine RGO film with sheet resistance of 10(4) Omega/sq. This RGO-AgNW hybrid films show high ratio of DC to optical conductivity (sigma(DC)/sigma(OP) similar to 4.2). This successful strategy can be suspected as the most effective way to reduce the sheet resistance of RGO films for a variety of optoelectronic device applications.
