As a plan of government, although technology assessment for green technology should be exactly conducted, there is no general method and data is not structured. Thus, this study has a goal for providing the conceptual framework of integrated green technology assessment by starting from the review on extant traditional literature about technology assessment. For this work, this study is separated two parts. First, this study examines the reason why the integrated system is needed for green technology assessment by investigating the extant researches which by focusing on renewable energy domain. Second, this study compares the forecasting accuracy of the annual photovoltaic installed capacity data by gathering from different institutes as an example of integrated system. In addition to, this study provides the reasonable forecasting value by combining several forecasts. In result, this study can provide the framework for desirable decision-making about green technology assessment.
