The image stabilization technique becomes considerably important in the field of the cameras to avoid the unwanted pictures by shaky hands especially at the time that user presses the shutter button. This paper describes the development process of the image stabilization control system for the digital single lens reflex (DSLR) camera. The modeling of the OIS system mechanism is introduced to analyze the real system and to find out the reason of the blurry pictures. The real shaking signal of human hands, not sine signal, is used by the OIS system input data in the experimental setup. The min-max controller is more efficient than the linear controller in the OIS system which has the large signal generated suddenly by the simulation and experimental results.
