Interpolymer complex formation between helical poly(L-proline) and helical poly(L-glutamic acid) through hydrogen bonding = 힐릭스 구조를 갖는 포리-엘-프로린과 힐릭스구조를 갖는 포리-엘-그루타민산 사이의 수소결합을 통한 상호복합체 형성에 관한 연구

Complex formation between two helical polypeptide and helical polypeptide was not studied at all because of absence of system in which both component polypeptides have helical structures. We finded the system and studied complex formation between helical poly(L-proline) (PLP) and helical poly (L-glutamic acid)(PGA) by IR, viscosity, pH, optical rotation and absorvance. The experimental results exhibited that the complex between PGA and PLP was formed through hydrogen bonding, ability of complex formation of form II of PLP was better than that of form I of PLP, conformational change did not occur when the complex was formed and structures of complex.
