안정한 비오틴 결합능을 갖는 모노머형 아비딘 유사 단백질Monomeric avidin-like proteins capable of stable binding to biotin
본 발명은 강하고 안정한 비오틴 결합능을 갖는 모노머형 아비딘 유사 단백질과 이를 둘 이 상 포함하는 비오틴에 대한 다가(multivalent) 결합능을 갖는 단백질 컨쥬게이트, 상기 모노머형 아비딘 유사 단백질을 암호화하는 핵산 분자, 및 상기 모노머형 아비딘 유사 단백질을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 모노머 구조로 인하여, 종래의 테트라머형 스트렙타비딘이나 테트라머형이지만 1가(monovalent)인 스트렙타비딘 변형체에서 발생하는 올리고머화에 의한 수용체의 기능 방해 문제점에서 자유로운 이점이 있다.
