본 발명은 유기 액정 단분자의 배향을 소프트리소그래피 기법을 이용해 전사하여 만든 격벽 시스템에서 제어하여 규칙적인 배열을 갖는 결함구조의 생성을 유도하는 소프트리소그래피를 이용한 액정 배향제어 광학 구조체의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 액정 배향제어 광학 구조체에 관한 것으로, 규칙적인 배열을 갖는 결함구조를 생성함과 동시에 기존에 확립하지 못했던 표면 개질, 러빙 효과 및 구속 효과를 동시에 줄 수 있으며, 대면적으로 균일하게 정렬된 다양한 결함구조를 생성하는 배향제어 플랫폼을 구현할 수 있다.
