디지털 마이크로미러 소자를 활용한 구조 입사 3차원 굴절률 토모그래피 장치 및 방법Apparatus and Method for Diffraction Optical Tomography of Structured Illumination using Digital Micromirror Device
디지털 마이크로미러 소자를 활용한 구조 입사 3차원 굴절률 토모그래피 장치 및 방법이 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 디지털 마이크로미러 소자(Digital Micromirror Device, DMD)를 활용한 구조 입사 3차원 굴절률 토모그래피 장치는 광원으로부터 조사된 빛을 디지털 마이크로미러 소자를 이용하여 연속적인 구조화된 입사광으로 만드는 구조화된 입사광 생성부; 및 상기 구조화된 입사광을 샘플에 통과시켜 카메라를 통해 3차원 굴절률 영상을 획득하는 3차원 굴절률 영상부를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
