응축 증발을 통한 서브 마이크론 입자의 균일 하전 장치
We developed a modified corona based charger for condensed droplets. First, a submicron particles are saturated by butanol, flow through a cold tube and then grow to about a droplet with a micron size. These grown particles are charged by a corona based charger and dried to shrink their initial size through an evaporator.
