본 발명은 초격자 구조의 실리콘 결정 및 이를 포함하는 전자 소자에 관한 것으로, 적어도 하나 이상의 제1구조층과 단일의 제2구조층이 교번적으로 적층되어 있는 초격자(superlattice) 구조를 가지되, 상기 제1구조층은 다이아몬드 구조의 실리콘 층이고, 상기 제2구조층은 자이와츠 체인(Seiwatz Chain) 구조의 실리콘 층인 것을 특징으로 것을 특징으로 한다.
