dc.description.abstract | Quality of Service (QoS)-constrained policy has an advantage in that it satisfies QoS requirements requested by users. We propose a Quorum based resource management scheme in Grid and resource reconfiguration algorithm based on temporal execution time estimation for satisfying QoS. We compare and evaluate the processing time and deviation of the resource reconfiguration algorithm using a Heart Hemodynamics analysis. | - |
