The Usadel equations including spin-orbit scattering terms were solved numerically for superconductive/ magnetic multilayers. The results indicate the well known oscillatory behavior of T-c is reduced by the spinorbit scattering and strongly depends on the material properties of the multilayer. Hence for understanding the various experimental results, the coupled effects of the exchange interaction and spin-orbit scattering must be considered.-
