We have studied the effect of He-3 on the superfluid response of submonolayer He-4 films adsorbed on H-2. In a limited range of He-4 coverage, the introduction of He-3 brings forth sequentially the normal, superfluid, and the normal phase again. This novel behavior is very likely the consequence of the condensation of the He-3 atoms confined near the free surface of the superfluid He-4 film into a self-bound 2D liquid.
